Clarity Kombucha is a team of two ladies who make small batch, gourmet kombucha. They have three flavours: raspberry hibiscus mint, blackberry rosemary, and grape thyme. They use local fruit, fair trade tea, and give 1% back to the Cumberland forest, where their kombucha is made locally. They wanted a simplistic look with a focus on herbs. They wanted to stand out in the kombucha industry here and went with a square glass jar and an etched white label to show off their bright colours.
